Årsmøte i Styrke Equinor Oslo avholdt
Torsdag 27. februar ble det avholdt årsmøte i Styrke Equinor Oslo. Møtet ble gjennomført med deltakere både på Teams og fysisk tilstede på Fornebu.
Lene Hauge ble valgt til dirigent og ledet Oslo-foreningen gjennom årsmøtesakene trygt og effektivt.
Årsberetning, regnskap, budsjett og arbeidsplan for 2025 ble gjennomgått og godkjent. Beretningen viser til at foreningen bidrar på flere av samarbeidsarenaene i selskapet og at det er god aktivitet, til tross for at aktiviteten på Fornebu i 2024 har vært noe mindre og preget av endringene på kontoret. Arbeidsplanen og budsjettet gjenspeiler at man ønsker å øke medlemsaktiviteten noe i 2025.
Det har vært en gledelig medlemsvekst i løpet av 2024, og nye medlemmer ønskes hjertelig velkommen også i 2025!
Det ble vedtatt å bevilge penger til 2 ideelle organisasjoner; Bring Children from Streets, som hjelper vanskeligstilte og foreldreløse barn i Uganda og Kirkens bymisjon som jobber for og hjelper sårbare mennesker i Oslo og Norge.
Valgkomiteen presenterte kandidatlisten for de forskjellige verv, og alle som stilte til valg, ble klappet enstemmig inn.
Styret fikk fullmakt til å supplere med flere styremedlemmer i løpet av året hvis det ble behov for det.
Etter valget takket Unni Tonning for tilliten som gjenvalgt leder, og takket alle som bidrar og har bidratt med engasjement og verv i foreningen. Hun ser frem til å ta fatt på 2 nye år i rollen og til å jobbe sammen med engasjerte medlemmer både i styret og i andre utvalg.
Etter det formelle årsmøtet var avsluttet, orienterte Lene om aktivitetene i verve og profileringsutvalget, som viser flere medlemsaktiviteter på tvers av Styrke Equinor. Lene og Unni informerte også om aktuelle prosjekter og utvalg, hvor tillitsvalgte jobber for å fremme medlemmenes saker. Det var et godt engasjement og det kom opp flere relevante spørsmål og kommentarer fra deltakerne.

On Thursday, February 27, the annual meeting of Styrke Equinor Oslo was held. The meeting took place with participants both on Teams and physically present at Fornebu. Lene Hauge was elected as chairperson and led the Oslo association through the agenda items in a safe and efficient manner.
The annual report, financial statements, budget, and work plan for 2025 were reviewed and approved. The report indicates that the association contributes on several collaboration platforms within the company and that activity level is quite good, despite somehow less activities due of the office rebuilding project at Fornebu. The work plan and budget reflect an ambition to increase to some extent the member activities in 2025.
There has been a nice increase in membership during 2024, and new members are warmly welcomed in 2025 as well!
It was decided to allocate funds to two non-profit organizations, Bring Children from Streets, which work to assist orphaned children in Uganda and Kirkens bymisjon, which work for and assist vulnerable people in Norway and Oslo.
The election committee presented the list of candidates for the various positions in the local Oslo union, and all candidates were unanimously applauded.
The board was authorized to supplement with more board members during the year if necessary.
After the election, Unni Tonning thanked everyone for the confidence as re-elected leader and expressed gratitude to all who contribute and have contributed with dedication and in the association. She looks forward to the two upcoming years in the role and to work together with engaged members in the board and other committees. After the formal annual meeting, Lene informed about the activities of the recruitment and profiling committee, which show several membership activities across Styrke Equinor. Lene and Unni also informed about current projects and committees union representatives, work on influencing and improving members work situations. There was good engagement in the meeting, and relevant questions and comments were raised by the participants.
